It was great to see Old Viking Nick Quirke (00B) as the focus of a recent article in The Henley Standard. The article touches on how Nick's love of rowing and success in the Henley Royal Regatta in 2002 has inspired his artwork which captures the light and reflections of the Thames. Nick also speaks on how his artwork has evolved and his new exhibtion in Henley this weekend. You can read the full article here.
"Nick Quirke: Light Source, A vibrant exploration of light and water" is at Amber Galleries in Market Place, Henley, from Friday, February 14 to Friday, February 28. On Friday 14 February, Nick will be at the gallery from 6pm to 8pm, to RSVP to the event, visit ambergalleries.com.
You can also catch Nick this Friday 14 February at 11:00am on BBC Berkshire as he will be interviewed about his upcoming exhibition.
