With Jan 2026 in view, we are exploring the idea of running a wellbeing event at the College. The event will focus on wellbeing for teenagers and young adults – how we can help them navigate some of the challenges of modern life and how we can all equip ourselves with techniques and knowledge for the future.
We want to cover everything from Teenage sleep patterns, neurodiversity, managing exam stress (for pupils and parents!) to improving revision techniques, the art of difficult conversations, sports nutrition, relaxation and much more!
