Shiplake Wellbeing Day
The Shiplake College Wellbeing Day is for parents or carers of teenagers (or soon to be teenagers) looking for advice and practical strategies to help their young adults thrive!
We bring together a range of specialists to offer their expert advice on some of the challenges facing our teens - and the wider family. We hope this slice of calm, relaxation and knowledge will help you kick-start the year in a positive and informed way!
Plus ALL proceeds from ticket sales for this event will be going to our PAWS FOR THOUGHT FUND - our programme to raise funds for a new Wellbeing Centre at the College.
Please see below more details about the day - and we look forward to sharing more details alongside our speaker profiles over the coming weeks.
